
More tacks heading over to the Rock Band's growing selection!
Has Christmas left you with nothing new to play on the good old Rock Band madness? This dull weather caused you to overplay that track you love to sing your heart out to? Well don’t worry, as they have a good batch of new song for you to tingle those vocal cords and strum that guitar to!
Harmonix and MTV Games today informed us that Rock Band will not only be receiving a three pack of songs from Paul McCartney’s new live album, but also a three pack of songs from Blink-182 and singles from The Psychedelic Furs and The Ramones will be added next week to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content for the Nintendo Wii and all other leading consoles.
The following is a list of the additional songs to be available on Xbox 360 and Wii (Jan. 5) and PlayStation3 system (Jan. 7):
- Blink-182 – “Adam’s Song”
- Blink-182 – “First Date” +
- Blink-182 – “I Miss You”
- The Psychedelic Furs – “Love My Way” +
- The Psychedelic Furs – “Sister Europe”
- The Ramones – “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School” +
(Tracks with a “+” will also be available via Lego Rock Band)
The price for having a blast on these will be the usual:
$2.00 USD (200 Wii Points) per track
$1.99 USD, .99 UK, €1.49 EU and 160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 per track
and for the “Paul McCartney New York City Pack 01″ or “Blink-182 Pack 02″:
$5.49, 2.49 UK, €3.99 EU and 440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360
