Square Enix unveils details on their next turn-based, strategy game on the DSi. Check out the latest screenshots too.
Dragon Quest: Wars is a turn-based strategy game that’s played out across a number of quick, and challenging rounds. Gamers will pick four monsters to form their team to do battle with. Dragon Quest favourites, such as Golem, Dracky, Slime, Hammerhood, Chimaera, and Healslime are just some of the characters that are available.
Battles will be fought on table-top style arenas, with the ultimate aim of the game to fight and defend against the opposing team to advance to the other side of the arena. Dragon Quest: Wars will utilise the DSi’s wireless capabilities; allowing up to four teams to battle it out in the same arena. Gamers can even challenge others across the world via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. The game will feature a ratings system; meaning all gamers of different skill levels will be able to enjoy competitive and challenging games.
