YES!.. YES!..no objections here! (sorry had to do that) only 3 words - about damn time.

Nintendo have announced that Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations has an official release date of October 3rd which is pretty soon.

Following on from the 2nd game, players can once again step into the shoes of Phoenix Wright and take on some of the toughest cases yet, not to mention the most enjoyable story lines. Fan’s of the series will know that while the 4th game, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, has been out for a while now, Trials and Tribulations, the 3rd game in the series has had problem after problem and was forced on hold in Europe. I really couldn’t be happier this Gem of the DS collection has finally been truly confirmed with a release date.
