VideoGamer has recently reported that Don King Presents: Prizefighter for the Wii will support the Wii Fit Balance Board for some of the game’s features.

“We’re also including Wii Fit and the Balance Board, and we’re very excited about this,” said Matthew Seymour, Executive Producer, 2K Europe. “Myself and the developers love the Balance Board, and we’ll be utilising that not to fight, because that would be a little weird, but for the training games. So doing the jump rope training game, and push ups and all of that kind of stuff, will all be nicely woven using the Balance Board.”

So essentially, 2K is incorporating their own form of Wii Fit in the game; it takes advantage of the Wii controls and BMI system when designing the workout routines. While dodging and strafing would seem logical, it won’t happen as it’ll be strictly used for training. We’re assuming pushups will come into play!
