According to the MTV Multiplayer Blog, Microsoft are currently working on a top secret device for their Xbox 360 console which might strike some Wii owners as very familiar:
This news has apparently come to them from an anonymous source, who supplied them with the details of the controller and the above sketch of the device in question.
It has also been previously reported that Rare are working on a gesture-based wand controller for one of their future Xbox Live titles, “The Fast and the Furriest“, so maybe this would explain what this mystery controller might be.
Either way, it’s about time that Microsoft flattered Nintendo by ripping them off, in a similar way to how Sony did with their SIXAXIS controller.
