Drawn to Life’s developer 5th Cell has recently announced Lock Nation, a real time strategy game, for the Nintendo DS.

Players will take the role of Lock, an engineer who must build turrets, walls and magical defenses against some mechanical evil in the span of two minutes. Within that time limit, Lock must fight in close quarter combat (using the touchscreen) and gather resources to slow down and eventually stop the invading forces.

The time limit is quite interesting; it gives players the notion that Lock Nation sports arcade-like gameplay (think of something like The Club).
