Well, Wii Fit is selling at a massive rate in Japan and now eager Americans and Europeans are ready to get their hands on it. Siliconera though, found another game that falls in the realm of Wii Fit, but will actually exercise the player rather than providing yoga-related practices.

Japanese firm Rocket Company has planned a title for Wii called Wii Exercise, a game originally intended to have used the Wii remote and nunchuck for shadow boxing workouts, but is now planned to make use of the Balance board. Filled with various training exercises, Wii Exercise will have players do squats, push ups and even sit ups.

Japan plans to get their sweating game on in Spring 2008.
