Finally, gamers are given the opportunity to start rocking outside their living rooms. Guitar Hero: On Tour has been officially confirmed for the Nintendo DS, being the franchise’s first appearance on the portable system. Details are scarce now, but they’ll be revealed later this week.

Last year, we found out the game would boast the same visual style as the console versions and will have a control scheme that wouldn’t take advantage of the stylus and touchscreen. Also, oddly enough, Australia’s Office of Film & Literature Classification have already rated the game as “G”.
