To celebrate the up and coming release of Mario Kart Wii, us Nintendophiles at WiiDS.co.uk thought we would have a little tournament!

Obviously any member of WiiDS.co.uk can join in this bit of fun and have a chance to win a prize. The winner (at the moment) will win 2000 Wii points, but if we get a lot of WiiDS users wanting to join in the tournament we will add a few more prizes in.

Right now anyone who posts their Mario Kart: DS friend code in this thread in our forums will be counted as a participant. We will stop taking entries at midnight Sunday the 30th of March (UK time) with the tournament taking place the following Saturday (the 5th April), which is also the Saturday before the Wii games release!

Rules will be discussed closer to the date of the tournament, there won’t be a charge or anything to enter! This is a bit of fun for the community. Any questions please ask in this thread in our forums, please don’t leave comments to this news post as they wont be included as entries.

Don’t forget, if you want to join in and you aren’t a member, signing up to WiiDS.co.uk is completely free and can be done here.

Oh and one final thing, I know a few of you live in the US I don’t mind shipping Wii points over there either! So consider yourself invited!
