The latest issue of the Japanese video game magazine Famitsu has confirmed that Capcom is bringing their 2002 survival horror game Resident Evil 0 to the Nintendo Wii. Not a whole lot of details have been spilled, though the game was said to be built around the Wii remote, with speculation indicating that it could be a point-and-click adventure if the Nunchuck were to be excluded. Also, there was nothing said if the camera perspective from the original version would change for Wii.
Capcom has released two Resident Evil games, one being a port of RE4 with redone controls and extra content and RE: Umbrella Chronicles, a first-person rail shooting game. Resident Evil 0 will be on Japanese shelves by this upcoming summer, so we’ll try to uncover the horror as much as we can.

Okay folks, it looks like RE0 is only confirmed for Japan. So if you want to relive the horror, buy the GCN version.
