Anyone ever remember when Sunda 51 promised to make their upcoming killer Wii title, No More Heroes, more violent than Manhunt 2? Well its a shame to say that this isn’t going to happen (for at least us) because the European version of the game will not feature bloody violence.

In greater detail to why this is the short end of the stick, No More Heroes in North America will have decapitations, full frontal body slicing and fountains of blood and gore spilling out when a person is skewered. Europe will get the same treatment as Japan, where bodies will just explode into black powder smoke.

Reasons for this were unclear, but developer Rising Star Games have responded that it could have some relevance to the BBCC banning of Manhunt 2.
