Not too long ago was the announcement of global developers/publishers/distributors Activision and Vivendi Games merging together to form Activision Blizzard. Following the news was a fact sheet listing on Vivendi’s corporate site showing the transaction. In the pipeline listing, we found several of Activision’s franchises confirming new installments.

• Guitar Hero 4
• Call of Duty 5
• James Bond
• new Tony Hawk

The speed of this announcement isn’t too much of a surprise, considering that new installments of these franchise are quite frequent. The platforms haven’t been announced, but assuming this is a Nintendo site (duh), we are hoping they’ll come to the Wii and DS.
