Silverstar’s Empire Interactive has just signed a publishing agreement to bring the smash classic hit, Myst, to Nintendo DS’ on North America shores in Q1 2008.
Clive Kabatznik, CEO of Silverstar Holdings added, “The granting of North American publishing rights for Myst DS to Empire further demonstrates our ability to meet the needs of developers and rights holders for world class marketing and distribution across all channels. This is also the first step in our efforts to sell our games directly in North America, thereby improving overall revenues and gross margins.”
Myst was first created for Macintosh and Windows back in 1993 and is the fatest selling game through the 1990s at a total of 12 million copies sold. This point-and-click adventure will lead players through a mysterious island of engaging puzzles, deep exploration and interactivity.
