Earlier today Nintendo launched the Mii Contest channel across Europe. The channel like most others is free and requires no Wii Points to download.

The Mii Contest Channel influences users to recreate characters and celebrities into Mii’s and submitting them to contests that the user themselves will judge. You are also able to post your Miis in the Posting Plaza, giving the opportunity for all other Mii-Loving Wii users to import their favourites to their own console. Currently there is one contest on and your required to make a Mario look-a-like but must exclude his cap.
