Publisher and developer Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings Inc has announced that Panzer Tactics DS will be available in North American retail stores on November 7th. European-based independent developer 10TACTLE Studios has given Conspiracy the licensing rights to distribute the game into the United States, Canada and Mexico with Atlus being the main publisher.

Sirus Ahmadi, president of Conspiracy Entertainment, said, “The Panzer Tactics game not only offers single-player mode, but enables addictive multiplayer access across LAN and Wi-Fi networks. The Nintendo DS platform, combined with ever-popular military themes within a virtual community, make Panzer Tactics a hot new gaming release to hit stores just in time for the holiday season.”

Keith Tanaka, CFO of Conspiracy Entertainment, said, “Leveraging the established distribution channels and expertise of Atlus U.S.A., we are confident that Panzer Tactics’ release will be very well received in North America retail outlets. We anticipate Panzer Tactics DS, and other games scheduled for release, can provide for sales growth in the fourth quarter of 2007.”

Panzer Tactics DS is predominately focused on strategic battles as the player has the choice of commanding three different armies: the German Wehrmacht, the Red Army, or the Western Allies. Being set in the midst of World War 2 (1939 too early?), all three historical campaigns calls for precise planning rather than full-frontal combat (unless you feel relentless and prowess!). The game also includes multiplayer, local and Wi-Fi play.
