Nigel and Friday head off to find the lost treasures of King Nole, before anyone else does.

The isometric view lends the game an advanced look to it. Sprites look better than average for the time. Scrolling is not as smooth as it could be, but overall the graphics are excellent.

Music will immerse you, and draws the player in, which any adventure game needs. The sound effects are either nicely done or not often heard, as to not detract to the game.

The gameplay is most impressive, control Nigel in an isometric world, fighting enemies Zelda-style, or jumping around like a platformer. The only problem is the stubborn controls, only allowing movement in four directions instead of eight. However, it does not take long to learn to work with.

Landstalker is definitely a classic that everyone should have a go with.
