Capcom has proudly announced that Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition has sold over one million copies worldwide. This is quite a success since the game didn’t benefit to well on the Gamecube and Playstation 2 regarding sales.

Resident Evil 4 is the groundbreaking title in the 13 year old franchise that has one various Game of the Year awards because of the original cutting-edge gameplay. The Nintendo Wii version compiles all the features founded on the last-generation games and implants the new Wii remote functionality which changes the way we fight horror.

We hope that this gives Capcom the incentive to create more AAA titles for the Nintendo Wii in the near future.
