SouthPeak Games has revealed the first details on their upcoming Nintendo Wii game, Pool Party.
Pool Party is a full-featured billiards title with 13 single player and multiplayer modes ranging from standard 8-ball to more unrelated exotic games such as Black Jack and Rotation. Players will take the role of a diverse set of characters and square off against player AI in 10 exquisite environments such as dive bars, mansions and luxurious yachts. The game will indeed take advantage of the Wii remote in shot placement and targeting giving players the best virtual pool experience to date.
Melanie Mroz, Executive Vice President, SouthPeak Games comments “Pool Party is a major milestone for us, being our first title for Wii. In line with our philosophy of publishing games with an emphasis on distinctive individuality and outright fun, Pool Party’s light-hearted settings and characterisation make it a perfect title for us and we’re certain it’ll be a group-gaming favourite when released in February 2008.”
Mroz said it himself that Pool Party for the Nintendo Wii will be released in February 2008.
