You must take back the city, with your trusty ICE suit. 

I’ll admit, the design is very good, a little dated but still good. It while it flows smoothly, sometimes a good number of enemies and bullets flying around the screen causes the game to slow down quite a bit. Other than that, there is no real problem with the graphics.

No real problems with the sound, it is not exceptional though. Music is alright, and it does have a nice little tune between stages. Sound effects do sound good, except the damage chime, which you will be hearing quite often.

Gameplay is pretty cool, along the lines of the Probotector series, though it may be considered considerably easier, despite it being pretty hard. The first two levels are fairly easy and straight forward, however, upon getting the ICE suit at the start of the third level, it begins to get quite difficult, seeing as ducking under enemy fire is now impossible. Combine that with an inability to shoot diagonally, and the game becomes quite difficult to complete. Though the added jet pack does make the game pretty neat.

Fans of any run and gun series might enjoy this game. However, it is quite cumbersome to play, and would have most in frustration by having them play the through stages over and over. 800 points, maybe, but not exactly worth it.
