Knight Arthur, must brave a most difficult quest to thwart Loki and get back all the stolen souls. 

Even for a first generation Mega Drive game, these graphics are bad. While it does have some nice effects, it does not help with the bad design. Not to mention truncated images and seizure inducing rain. On the other hand, the sprites themselves seem to be alright, and look fairly decent.

The music is pretty good, it is definitely enjoyable enough. It does take an unfortunate dive in the sound effects, which are too loud, too common and too horrible. It is hard enough to get through even the first level without the sound of the guillotines giving you a headache. Before long, I was playing mute.

This game is hard, you start off wearing armor, dodging everything and retaliating with your very limited weapon. One hit knocks off your armor, another will finish you.

Avoid this, if you really want something like this, save your points for “Super Ghouls ’n Ghosts“, which is much much better.
