Capcom Co Ltd. has announced during a Japanese press conference that the newest iteration of the Monster Hunter series will debut for the first time on the Nintendo Wii. Monster Hunter 3 is well under development as the company ensures new and old fans will enjoy the game as it revolves around the technology the Wii can provide.

Of course it hasn’t been confirmed as exclusive as Capcom is striving to create multi-platform games.
