We can now rest with relief because Nintendo has assured us that the Wii Zapper and Link’s Crossbow Training will debut in Europe before 2008.

The Wii Zapper is a basic plastic shell in which you can insert your Wii remote and nunchuck to add more immersion for shooters. Link’s Crossbow Training is a free packaged-in software which will provide an excellent demonstration for the peripheral. Upcoming games such as Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Ghost Squad are compatible with the device.

North America can expect the Wii Zapper on November 19th for $19.99 (U.S currency), but we are still unsure about European release details.
