It’s the second week of the Hanabi Festival on the Wii’s Virtual Console, and what better way to celebrate it then making this week ‘Ninja Week‘!
The Wii’s Hanabi Festival is a time when Nintendo are making previously unreleased games available in Europe for the first time, thanks to the great flexibility of the Virtual Console. For more information about the festival, check out last week’s VC releases post.

Ninja Gaiden tells the story of Ryu Hayabusa on a quest across the U.S. to avenge his father’s death, and was famed for its cinematic-style presentation and intense, challenging action.

Ninja JaJaMaru-kun (600 Points)
Released only for the Japanese Famicom in 1985, Ninja JaJaMaru-kun (meaning ‘determined little ninja’) is an action-platformer packed with Eastern quirkiness.

World Class Baseball (600 Points)
The thwack of bat on ball, the roar of the crowd… the only thing missing from World Class Baseball is the smell of hotdogs!
In this Turbografx sports simulation – out now on Virtual Console – choose from 12 different teams and compete against a friend or the computer to be the ultimate baseball champ.
