Developer and publisher Capcom has partnered with Camelot Software Planning to bring us Wii Love Golf!, a lovable and entertaining fantasy golf game for the Nintendo Wii. Now North America will get a taste of the green when this new title releases in 2008.

“Camelot’s pedigree in this genre, coupled with Capcom’s creative expertise, is a virtual hole in one,” said Nique Fajors, vice president, marketing, Capcom Entertainment. “Combining an already great game concept with the exciting innovations possible on the Wii is a winning formula for an amazing experience for gaming and golfing fans.”

As with other iterations of golf games, Wii Love Golf! utilizes the Wiimote for motion-sensing capabilities mainly for swinging your clubs. The game will feature the same anime-style like Super Swing Golf and will include a robust amount of characters, modes and unlockable content. As the creator of Hot Shots Golf and Mario Golf, Camelot is bound to create the revolutionary sports title for the Wii console.
