Scholastic Media has announced that is it has made a distribution agreement with Activision Publishing Inc. to distribute two brand new Nintendo DS games for North America. One of the titles, I SPY: Fun House has already made it on shelves while Animal Genius will see forth to a September release.

“We are pleased to have Activision represent and distribute Scholastic’s video games at retail,” said Alan Waldman, SVP and General Manager, Interactive Products Group. “As one of the top video game publishers in the industry, Activision is in a great position to introduce I SPY Fun House and Animal Genius to the world of handheld gamers on the Nintendo DS platform.”
