Homie Rollerz Rides Onto the DS

What’s up dog? Destineer Studios is in the hood by announcing Homie Rollerz for the Nintendo DS. The game will use the already-established Homie figurines (some of which you’ll find in food markets or any other stores) in a insane kart racer. There will be 10 of those ghetto characters to choose from to burn rubber in customized rides on the road.

David Gonzales, the creator of Homies who has been closely involved in the development of Homie Rollerz: “I believe my fans will appreciate the storylines and most importantly, the fun of racing through the various tracks with some of the same popular characters they already have in their prized Homies collections.”

Adds Paul Rinde, CEO of Destineer, “Video games are moving more and more towards mass-market accessibility, so the need for a wide range of completely original content is greater than ever. Homies Rollerz is a perfect confluence of cutting-edge content meeting mass-market gameplay.”

There are many ways and opportunities to earn huge in Homie Rollerz. Players must do everything from winning competitions to creating rivalries with the other homies. Vehicles can be upgraded with better stats if players take part in the Wizard Circuit, where they’ll be granted one wish after winning.

Homie Rollerz will drive into U.S retail stores in November.
