Why we didn’t realize this sooner is beyond me, but it’s Masahiro Sakurai’s 37th birthday. To those who don’t know his name (shame on you), he is a concept designer who created both the Kirby and Super Smash Bros series. But he resigned PAL Laboratory back in 2003.
