According to a press release, Majesco Entertainment Co. has announced Blast Works: Build, Fuse & Destroy for the Wii console. The game is a side-scrolling shooter which allows the player to create their own levels, vehicles and enemy insurgents.
“Gamers can literally build their own shooter experience via Blast Works’ easy-to-use, multiple in-game editors,” said Ken Gold, vice president of Marketing, Majesco. “This exceptional customization combined with the unique “stickiness” of enemy debris and bright geometric graphics delivers a standout game that never plays the same way twice.”
Easily borrowed from various LEGO branded video games, Blast Works let’s players to fuse their ship with various parts blown off enemy vehicles. Even more, your ship can be upgraded via hanger, such a weapons, defensive armour and system performance. The action will become intense, as you’ll find yourself defending the hanger and shooting down a sundry of enemy ships.
Majesco Entertainment has definitely put game longevity and replay value into first account because there is a level editor and ship editor to allow the player to go wild with their imagination. And you won’t play alone because a buddy can hop on for 2-player cooperation.
Blast Works: Build, Fuse and Destroy will be avaliable this fall.
