It has been confirmed that the Playstation 3 has reached the 1 million sales mark in PAL Regions (Europe and UK). It’s still a darn shame that the Wii is still uprising on Sony’s bounding failure by outselling them 5:1.

The Sony PS3 has actually performed better than the PS2 by selling 165,100 in the first two days. As for software sales, Resistance: Fall of Man (600,000 copies sold) and Motorstorm (500,000 copies sold) took the top charts for the console, both being exclusives as well. PS3 still isn’t doing too hot, even in Japan.
