DS is perhaps the fastest selling console in Japan so it’s fitting that they be equipped with every special edition of the thing you can imagine. Four new versions of the DS Lite have been revealed this week, on Wednesday the metallic pink and silver versions were revealed and now we have two special editions relating to ‘Pokemon’ and ‘It’s a Wonderful’ Life respectively.

This new version of the DS Lite is bright yellow with a cute little Pikachu embezzeled into the top lid. It is in fact a very special edition as only five people will be able to obtain one - the first visitors of the day to one of five ‘Pokemon Center’ stores in Japan.

This new DS is also pretty special but a bit easier to get hold of than the Pikachu one. To get it you have to buy it in a special bundle with the game when it comes out in Japan on the 27th of June.
