Well, people in the US who have both a copy of either Diamond or Pearl as well as a copy of Pokémon Ranger(or those with the power of import) can access the special legendary, Manaphy. The rest of the world has to wait.

According to Nintendo, the UK does not have to wait that long at all. On Manaphy’s Day, the 2nd of June, owners of Pokémon Ranger are able to go down to their local GAME with their copy to receive a chocolate Pokéball with, you guessed it, the password to unlock the mission to receive Manapy’s Egg on Pokémon Ranger.
