A while a go I reported about an experiment over at WiiNintendo.net where a writer conducts the ultimate “Wii Sports Experimentâ€. It basically involved them using Wii Sports for set time periods and noting their physical fitness levels.
Well it seems this concept has caught on with quite a few sites offering Wii workouts. However one site has gone a little further and dedicated its sole purpose to being a healthy Wii player. Wii Healthy have composed a schedule and tested it multiple times on people with different lifestyles, different weight categories, different ages and different sexes. They offer a 10 week program advising that each day you should about 30-45 minutes of active Wii Sports. They also have entries on healthy eating and other Wii-lated items.
