After six dreary days of waiting, the official Super Smash Brawl site has…three windows open.
Known as the Super Smash Dojo, this site features the following so far: How to Play, Stages and Music. Other details maybe updated later. If you are brand new to the series, or have never grasped the fundamentals of how the Super Smash games worked, How to Play gives gameplay basics. Controls were not mentioned, but we’d expect Brawl to adapt the GCN controls of Melee. As for stages, only one was shown, and it’s called Battlefield. The interesting detail about this level is that it features dynamic lighting during the course of time. So you’ll be fighting in sunlight, sunset and at night.
Music is something to be giddy about. Brawl enlists over 20 musicians to create music for the game. The game also gives tunes from the Nintendo history archieve, everything from Mario to The Legend of Zelda. The musicians can be found under the Music tab of the site. There is also a little piece of their introduction tune which you can stream right off the site.
