Everyone of you should know about the Virtual Console. It’s basically Nintendo’s way of letting new generations experience the past, or older generations live at the nostalgia. It allows you download the previous classics which were released on old systems for a price.

While that’s all and good, we could always do with a little more… And we’re probably getting it.

Hudson Entertainment (A Japanese games developer) announced that Nintendo has an idea for a new download service, which allow players to download small sized games for the Wii. It would make everybody happy.

Nintendo of Europe had this to say:

We cannot confirm at this time in what format the content will be delivered, but in the future there will be original games available for download through the Wii Shop

Now will these games be simple like NES games and controllable through classic controllers, or will they be little games which use the Wii remotes special features? It could even be game demos in future!
