Secret Warp Zone Revealed

European Wii console owners can now get access to a ’secret’ area of the Virtual Console. This ’secret’ area is called the Warp Zone, and comes with this greating when found:

“Welcome to the Warp Zone! … Congratulations, you’ve discovered the Virtual Console’s hidden area. This is your secret doorway into another dimension; a portal into the past, if you will.”

The hidden page can be accessed on the first page of the Wii Shopping Channel, by clicking on the text smiley in the list of new articles found there.

The first edition has some background information on one of Nintendo’s biggest characters, Kirby, but now seems to give some information regarding one of their latest Virtual Console releases; The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Got a good memory for tunes? Many of the Ocarina of Time songs featured in Ocarina of Time appear as howling stone songs in Twilight Princess.
