The Nintendo DS truly is dominating the handheld market. Competing with the PSP, the DS has won over Rare and obtained Diddy Kong Racing. This time, Microsoft might be bringing some big names to DS:

“A Kameo or a Viva Pinata on a DS makes a lot of sense in a lot of ways from a franchise perspective… I think it’s fair to say that we’re going to continue to invest in that property [Viva Pinata].”

Which was then followed by this:

“Whether you’re talking about [publishing games on] mobile or the DS — you probably won’t see it on the PSP, though.”

This definitely could be a turning point for the DS (If it eventually happens).
