Manhunt is on a Killing Spree

You couldn’t get anymore controversial than Grand Theft Auto. So what do you do? Step down and pick up on another game that has caused a stir is most court rooms. If you guessed it, Rockstar has announced a Manhunt II which is to land on three platforms in summer 2007; for the PS2, PSP, and Nintendo Wii.

“With Manhunt 2 we have tried to create a game that stays close to the original concept of chilling suspense and stealth, whilst pushing the game design and storytelling forward. We are also excited to have our newest development team, Rockstar London, working on the title alongside our two established UK studios, Rockstar North and Leeds.”
Sam Houser, founder and executive producer of Rockstar Games.

Expect to find new ways to mutilate your victims using the Wii remote. And this may bring us one step closer to having the GTA franchise on the Nintendo console.

Damnit. Here in Australia, the original Man Hunt was banned. I can see this one being banned aswell, or modified to make it less … “enjoyable”. I shall import this from europe :)!
