Just a little update to let you know about things here at WiiDS.co.uk. This update includes the layout changes, a competition update, and the welcoming of a couple of new members to the team.

Layout

Those of you who visit regularly may have noticed that the site had gone through a few layout changes recently. These include the navigation menu on the left, the ‘Add post to..’ links and the Google adverts on the post pages, the Virtual Console Archive and the Editorials section of the site.

The main change is the Editorials section, which is an area of the site dedicated to the view of our staff on whatever subject area they wish. Look at it as a kind of writers blogging section, which will house some of the views of our writers, either on or off topic.

Competition Update

Our currently running competition is your chance to win 2000 Wii Points, simply by guessing which Virtual Console game I have written down and sealing in an envelope on my desk. There are still many games which have not yet been chosen, so get over to the competition page and choose one if you haven’t already!

New Writers

This week we have added two members to our team, FreakyLime and Cheng. These two guys are from different parts of the world, although both share the same interest for all things Nintendo. You can look forward to reading plenty of posts made by these guys, and if you would like to get to know them better, why not visit the Boards.
