Loose Weight with the Wii!

In a recent report over at WiiNintendo.net hey_suburbia conducts the ultimate “Wii Sports Experiment”.

For the last 6 weeks hey_suburbia has been continuing all his normal activity and eating habits, but adding 30 minutes of Wii Sports to his day. By doing this he’s managed to shed a pretty cool 9lbs!

He kept track of:

- Weight
- BMI
- Calories burned per session/per game
- Body fat %
- Heart Rate (at rest)
- Wii Fitness Age
- Additional Notes/Soreness

and has compiled it all into a very interesting article!
